I would definitely follow one of these paths if I were in Singapore–I always enjoy seeing street art. We’d heard of Haji Lane Street Art but we were more excited to see the street art scene in Penang, Hanoi, and Cambodia. If you are ever caught for doing graffiti or a “vandalism” act in Singapore, you would be jailed up to 3 years and caning as well.
