2 weeks ago my Pokemon Go app started to act strange, unable to connect past the startup screen. Anyone know what’s happening?

Worth trying though. Reopen PokemonGo and try logging in. I have posted on other threads a possible fix my bf found when he lost access to his account. If not, uninstall and try again. When a new feature is launched or new event kicks off, a ton of people jump back in to play, it spikes demand on the servers, and sometimes they can't meet it. I know the account does work, because I was able to log in with a borrowed wifi tablet. Not the older account that I quit working on for the same reason.

Emailed support... waiting to hear back. That is the one I want to get back into. Thank you for this possible way.
