Which mineral primer did you use? -I've been loving their brushes for quite some time now, they're really amazing and get the job done right every time. Can't remember honestly) foundation are both incredible and only $6 each! Doesn't pack on too much powder, but just enough. I don't own the Dark palette, but I'm sure it is equally good quality. I've been using their traslucent powder in yellow and i love it, is very soft! Adds a bit of depth and darkness, and stays put all day. It will also blend powders and creams so smoothly, you can't even tell you have anything on. Stippling brushes are usually soft too but because it's small and one usually works in stippling motions, it has a much higher potential of irritating your skin, or even over-exfoliating some areas. I also enjoyed the Mineral Primer. The Illuminating Palette isn't bad, not very pigmented and a little powdery but you can make it work maybe layered over the facial whip if your skin type allows it. Of course! They are soft on the skin and get rid of most of my makeup. Both the blush and bronzer are incredibly pigmented and blend so well. My only complaint is that it can shed, but it shouldn’t be a problem after some use. Love it, Love the way my foundation looks with this brush. My personal favorites and ones I use every day are: Flawless Concealer ($3, my use: lay down transition shades on the lid. Though it does sort of blend and smoothen my makeup all together like Mac Fix Plus, but I'm fairly certain this broke me out. My personal favorites from their line are: Eyes: Mad for Matte palette - it's honestly such good quality and a great color selection. LOVES: Setting Spray, Eyelid Primer, Expert Liquid Liner, Brushes with black handles, MISSES: Baked blush (no pigment), Concealer (poor coverage). I love all of the ones I have, but I know some people don't like the white brushes. I bought this brush at Walmart and I was looking for a good flbuffing foundation brush and this is it . I do not think the packaging looks cheap in most cases, I think they do a great job of making their packaging look more expensive than it actually is. Thinks for your input, I may have to check that palette out! is cruelty-free made with 100% animal hair-free, synthetic bristles. it's great for all over sweeps of color for blush and light bronzing. ELF is like having a safety blanket nearby. I just use my UD brush that came w/ naked 2 in its place. Same with their eyes shadows, but honestly I haven't really given either much of a chance. Mascara primer is pretty decent, good in a pinch and was definitely worth using to try out using a primer for my lashes. The sprintz/spray thing isn't the best though, so I'd spray it a foot away from your face. I've bought Elf before and haven't had anything seriously terrible, but this was also before they expanded their lines out. The Eye Refresh roller ball treatment packaging is so adorable, feels nice on the skin but I haven't used it enough to comment on effectiveness. My favorite matte formula ever. The Essential lipsticks are OK, formula is a bit stiff, color payoff decent. People rave about their baked highlight, but I'm just not a fan.
The subreddit for everything makeup related. The company itself claims that its products are vegan and cruelty free as well as incredibly affordable. I am still surprised by how soft this brush is! I have both the original and corrective yellow HD powders, they both work well and there's a ton of product, but I must say the original HD I bought a few years ago and still use came with quite a bit more product than the yellow one I bought a few months ago. I don't use a discriminating eye when it comes to brands and will reach for their lipstick in Ravishing Rose or Marsala Blush just as often as an Urban Decay lipstick. I really want a backup or two of the $1 eye essential brush- it's perfect for loose shadows. The large dome-shaped head and densely packed bristles maneuver in and around the crevices and contours of your face for seamless, even coverage. e.l.f. One of my favorite shades of a lipstick ever is their Velvet Matte lipstick in 'Blushing Brown' and their Matte Lip Color in 'Praline" is a perfect MLBB shade for me. I haven't gotten the chance to try all their studio line brushes but by far their best ones that haven't shed or broken on me, as well as stayed soft are the Ultimate Blending brush (a dense and compact bristle hair blending brush for the face) and the small stippling brush. They're soft and don't shed. omg you NEED to try the ultimate blending brush!! I used to use the flat top brush a lot and that was good while it lasted. As mentioned above, e.l.f.
In January 2014, e.l.f. One of those men, Borba, was already prominent in the cosmetics industry for his work in launching Hard Candy. The subreddit for everything makeup related. Their rose gold duo is a really nice highlighter on my skin tone. Its also way too creamy for the area its going. Can't wait to try the new scents/flavors. These are so incredibly pigmented! But I always set my concealer so I don't really care. Also the lip exfoliator is the best thing I've purchased tbh. The entire line is so affordable and there are few products I've tried that missed the mark for me. Face: Blush Palette in Light. I'm not impressed with the Aqua Beauty Molten Eye-shadows, got the shades Rose Gold and Molten Bronze, they creased on their own, with Primer and set with a powder shadow, maybe its my lids but I prefer the smudge pots. The Moisturizing lipsticks aren't the best IMO, at least the shades I've tried, they seem a bit patchy and streaky to me.
As for what to avoid, I've never had a good experience with any of their liquid liners or mascaras but they aren't awful. So E.l.f opened a commerce website, quickly filling 1000's of orders and would go on to be featured in Glamour seven more times. I post them on text tuesdays for obvious reasons. You may combine use of the two or use one or the other, as they have similar uses. All colors are wearable and actually matte. Like I mentioned in the post, I use a lot of them over my expensive ones! The original Mineral Face Primer was awesome, now I'm trying the Poreless and Moisturizing varieties. It's too streaky and doesn't apply as well. This also broke me out. Elf retractable lip liners aren't bad, a little dry but workable. All you need to apply is to have a debit or credit card, to be over 18 years of age, and to be a UK resident. Also, it has a pencil sharpener on the bottom of it which is a huge plus! So what are you waiting for? omg you NEED to try the ultimate blending brush!! It's very lightweight but it highlights really well. The colors lasts pretty long and fades nicely. Offer valid while supplies last. I've also used it for cream contour and it works create. Edit #2: I also forgot to mention something about the Matte Lip Color. Pigmented and blends like a dream. Also, the Makeup Remover Cleansing Cloths are my HG makeup wipes.
