I am glad to see the improvement in Carmel's service and I hope they continue to improve with monitoring drivers friendliness and service and cleanliness of their cars. When he called to confirm a pick up spot, I told him exactly where to find me. This seems like it’s a scam service. But these guys are terrible: I wanted to get to JFK on time with my family during Friday traffic so I called them 3 times to make sure they came to pick us up from the hotel on time. I have been using Carmel for over 10 years while in NYC and never have had a problem. The person who you call has a TERRIBLE phone connection EVERY SINGLE TIME.
